1. Who we are.

StockFloc is a financial information and entertainment app published by Pizza Robot Studios LLC ("StockFloc", "we", "us"), a Limited Liability Company based in Los Angeles, California. By downloading or using the app or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use StockFloc.

2. What StockFloc is, and is not.

StockFloc is an informational and entertainment product. It lets you build a watchlist, view market data and news, read an AI-generated daily digest, and optionally join a monthly Rankings game. StockFloc is not a broker-dealer, is not a registered investment adviser, and is not a securities issuer. We do not execute trades, hold or custody your money or securities, and we do not give personalized investment advice. Nothing in StockFloc is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or to adopt any investment strategy.

3. Not investment advice.

All content in StockFloc, including watchlist data, charts, news, the AI Digest, and Rankings standings, is for general information and entertainment only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice and is not tailored to your circumstances. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional before making any financial decision.

4. Market data.

Market data and news are provided by third parties. They may be delayed, may contain errors, and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely. StockFloc is not responsible for third-party data and does not endorse any third-party content. Quotes shown may not reflect real-time or execution prices.

5. The AI Digest.

The Digest is generated by an automated AI system from public information. It may be incomplete or wrong, it can misstate facts, and it is never a recommendation or a prediction. Treat it as a starting point for your own research, not as advice.

6. Rankings is a game.

Rankings is an optional game scored on public market data. It does not involve real money, real trades, or real portfolios. Scores are percentage changes computed from prices, not dollars, shares, or returns you actually earned. Leaderboard position is not a track record and does not predict future results. To make the board lively, especially early on, it includes simulated (bot) accounts that are scored the same way and hold no real positions. By opting in you agree that your chosen tickers and your nickname are displayed publicly on the leaderboard. Do not include anything private in your nickname. We may remove nicknames or entries that are abusive, infringing, or otherwise violate these Terms.

7. Purchases.

StockFloc is free to download and use, supported by ads. An optional one-time in-app purchase unlocks premium features, including removing ads and the ability to opt in and compete in Rankings. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and their refund policies apply. Prices may change. Viewing the leaderboard is always free; competing requires the unlock.

8. Acceptable use.

Do not misuse StockFloc. You agree not to attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app, the website, or our systems, not to submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or hateful content, and not to use StockFloc to harass others or violate any law.

9. Your content.

You are responsible for content you submit, such as your nickname and the tickers you choose to display. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within StockFloc and on stockfloc.com as part of the product. We do not endorse user content, and user content is not advice.

10. Intellectual property.

StockFloc, its name, logo, and design are owned by Pizza Robot Studios LLC. You may not copy or use them without permission. Market data, news, and other third-party content belong to their respective owners.

11. Disclaimers.

StockFloc is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app or site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.

12. Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pizza Robot Studios LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of StockFloc, including any financial decision you make. Our total liability for any claim relating to StockFloc will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or twenty US dollars.

13. Indemnity.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pizza Robot Studios LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of StockFloc or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, or through binding arbitration if both parties agree. You and we agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any class action, to the extent permitted by law.
